Kristen’s mixed media graphic and abstract paintings are inspired by a “sense of place” in coastal New England and her travels. Kristen draws inspiration from natural landscapes, coastal scenes, and marine life, reflecting a connection to the Maine and NH seacoast.

She has a passion for color theory, often utilizing bold color blocking to create visual impact that embody both whimsical & organic forms to reveal playful, yet sophisticated elements, while leveraging organic shapes that suggest movement and natural forms.
